For relatively lesser-known email solutions, DKIM is very important as it reduces the chances of your emails going into the spam folder of your recipients. • l Worked with Name.com (domain registrar, hosting provider, and TITAN’s business partner) and applied principles of UCD on complicated hosting-bundled email purchase flows which traditionally have been low on UX maturity level. It was a high-impact project since it was one of the significant monetizable channels for TITAN email. • l Worked on the ‘NEO Email’ website, a brand new TITAN product providing customizable emails for working professionals, freelancers, and small business owners. Added Delight in the form of micro-animations/interactions to appeal to the target personas. Titan is the highest-rated email platform globally with of 4.8 rating on G2 and ranks in the top 7 platforms for business email. We care deeply about delighting small businesses and enabling them to achieve their potential with beautifully crafted tools that help them grow. Trell's Creator(dot)Space • Had complete end-to-end design ownership of Trell's Creator.Space (Shipped and LIVE). • Brainstormed with the product team(Design, Engineering and Management) on different possible ideas, did multiple iterations based on existing data and feedback to help enable the creators to manage all their content, social media links, handles, and analyze consumer data in an intuitive and simple manner at a single place. • Made wireframes based on initial assumptions, existing data, and then finally on external & internal feedback. • Designed the complete flow, final UI designs, UI training animations, and micro-interactions for the Mobile and Web view of the Creator.Space. Trell's Affiliate Program • Completely revamped and owned the end-to-end designs for Trell's affiliate program. Trelll's Affiliate program lets the creators on Trell earn a 15% commission on each purchase made through a creator-made link by their audience base. • Analysed the existing UX issues in the older version of the Affiliate program. Took feedback from some of the creators on Trell. • Studied and executed the concepts of error mitigation and feedback design to deal with the action heaviness within the Affiliate program flows. • Designed for all the possible edge cases, first time and repeat users, and made UI training micro animations for the onboarding experience.
