I knew Saiwan when he was Admin & Safety – Security Coordinator of Save the Children International in Suleimanyah-Iraq back in 2013, when I joined the team as Head of Sub-office. I found Saiwan to be a dedicated staff member who always paid attention to details. He has been so keen to deliver tasks assigned to him on time and what I very much appreciated in him was his being available for assisting the team, so passionate about the team spirit, so encouraging and motivated.
