I knew Saiwan when he was Admin & Safety – Security Coordinator of Save the Children International in Suleimanyah-Iraq back in 2013, when I joined the team as Head of Sub-office. I found Saiwan to be a dedicated staff member who always paid attention to details. He has been so keen to deliver tasks assigned to him on time and what I very much appreciated in him was his being available for assisting the team, so passionate about the team spirit, so encouraging and motivated. Saiwan’s, among other qualifications, Integrity and Commitment are found to be outstanding. He never compromises the organization's vision and mission over personal interests. He is the man of his word when it comes to commitment to deadlines when a task to be achieved, efficiently, effectively and with quality. Some might envied him for his life - work balance. Above all his competencies, Saiwan is a passionate person, he loves what he is doing no matter the employer, wherever & whenever he might be. He has the ability and the required tools to adapt to new challenges. He doesn't like to sit in a corner of a comfort zone. He is keen to go beyond boundaries and get introduced to new people, new environments and ultimately and understandably new challenges. I wish Saiwan the best in any up-coming endeavors.
