Redesigning the framework and collaterals along with the team, when a new strategy is derived to improve the experience and well-being of a New Hire. Recruitment Life-cycle Management: Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates.
