Mr Nilgiri was my executive coach at the crucial moment of my career. I was contemplating some fundamental choices about my future. Thanks to our work together, I found the long-needed courage to completely reshape my professional outlook. I really appreciate that soft but firm nudge of his. He pushed me exactly when I needed it most.

As part of my organization's Leadership program, I was privileged to be coached by Sai Ram. He had done his solid research about me and went through my GELM 360 degree feedback before we met. I could get the maximum help I needed that time which has helped me transform my leadership style, confidence and my focus. The beauty of the coaching was, I was seen as individual and was compared only with myself to uncover & discover my strengths and development areas basis all the research he did and our interactions. He helped me realize my potential and capabilities to look for bigger and bolder opportunities. Thank you Sai Ram for being true mentor and pushing me to disrupt myself beyond the comfort.

Provide pro-bono coaching to global humanitarian and development organizations. Extraordinary people and worked with three so far. I even had the opportunity to work with a Burkinabe (people from Burkina Faso) and coached for the first time in French! People of the UN have my utmost respect for the kind of work they do where politicians, so called 'leaders' and governments FAIL. They start wars, corrupt and ineffective....and the UN has to go in to clean up their mess. Provide pro-bono coaching to global humanitarian and development organizations. This was my first foray into coaching. I had started volunteering with Singapore Prison system through Singapore After Care Association in 1999, befriending inmates while incarcerated and trying to influence them to make a change. CCL was setting base in Asia (Singapore) and I was among the first 15 coaches trained in Asia. So one side was free and the other became a source of revenue, while both was about helping people reach their potential. This was my first foray into coaching. One of the "Pioneers" to set up INSEAD's presence in Singapore. The role covered Business development in Asia Pacific, building INSEAD's awareness in the region, from India to Australia/NZ. Worked closely with large multi-nationals and faculty to design Leadership/Management programmes for senior management. The role leveraged my expertise in International Business and Marketing which were my specialisations in my MBA. One of the "Pioneers" to set up INSEAD's presence in Singapore.
