Doosra is a privacy focused phone number service. We launched NoTring (the predecessor to Doosra) last year as a sort of proof of concept and it took off to a point where we decided to launch it as a more well thought out product. This is how we arrived at Doosra. As a part of the Doosra core team these are my duties and responsibilities: - Handling daily ops - Relationship management between external vendors and service providers (branding agency and telecom operators) - Built the customer support team from scratch - Worked on training modules & conducted training and assessments for the team, also worked on the creation of a knowledge-bank for CRM portal. - Handling Social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube)
