As a senior product manager for customer engagement solutions, I am responsible for designing an integrated infrastructure framework to support all data integration solutions from Tapestry to Tulip. Execute key product adoption strategies in accordance with the business needs and to optimize user journey. Direct API development to access data and interact with external software components. Lead strategic design solutions to adopt to PII compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Spearhead design, analysis, development, and implementation phase of product. Lead scrum teams to devise robust project roadmap and prioritized tasks to complete on time.
