• Teaching as a special English subject teacher. • Making monthly progress reports with attendance of all the students. • Actively involved in staff meetings, educational conferences and school programs. • Plan, set and evaluate grade test, exams and assignments. • Prepare long-term teaching programs and daily lessons in accordance with the guidelines of the school’s education system. • Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually. • Helping out in formulating school policies. • Finally, work with parents for the betterment of their child’s future. • VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) An important aspect of the learning process is to reflect on what we know and what we have done to learn new ideas. On March 09, 2020, the nation underwent a historic transformation, closing school buildings in order to protect our students, staff members, and families from COVID19. It was indeed a steep learning curve where we experienced remote learning from individual perspectives. I had experience teaching online through MS. Teams and created an engaging and fun learning environment while indulging the Kahoot – a game based learning platform, used as educational technology. We had successes and some challenges, yet despite all, we continued the work that must be done to ensure the wellbeing and educational needs of our students. This experience has no doubt helped teach our students persistence, grit and resilience that it takes to succeed in tough times. Show less
