      I am currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Basque Country (Spain).       In July 2016 I finished my PhD thesis entitled "Design methodology for MAST-type parallel manipulators based on kinematic, dynamic and stiffness criteria: theoretical and experimental application to the 2PRU-1PRS", in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering in Bilbao. My research interests are kinematic, parasitic motions in parallel manipulators, optimal design of parallel manipulators, and the application of computational methods to these problems.
