Less attention by the teacher- as schools are still following 1 teacher for 30 students tradition 2. Time management- Students hardly learn managing time in their daily life. 3. Difficulty in concentrating 4. No Real Life Engagement- What students are learning in a classroom is not enough, they need to implement their knowledge in their daily life. 5. Mental pressure- Students are over burdened by the academic work. GYANIKA'S SOLUTION 1. Live 1:1 classes (We have built an environment in which the student will get the benefit of 2 teachers in the classroom.) 2. We will also focus on child's time management skills by guiding them throughout the classes. 3. In Gyanika's classes the student will get proper attention by the teacher that will help them in concentrating. 4. Teacher will use case studies and real life examples in the classroom and also guide the learner in implementing their knowledge in their daily life. 5. Mental health includes- emotional, psychological and social well-being. Gyanika's environment will nurture the child in every aspect by providing *Communication Support*. Gyanika's prime objective will be to provide *customized classes* to students.
