I had the opportunity to work with Sainaja on the Birmingham City Council Additional Pupil Places programme. The programme of works involved extensions to 20 existing schools, delivered to a very tight time frame. To enable the construction programme to be met, cross laminated timber panels were used for the structure and Sainaja took on this new form of construction and delivered designs in a short period of time that enabled the project to be a success. I have no hesitation in recommending Sainaja as an asset to any organization and look forward to working with her again
