Due to the long working hours and sitting in front of Computer I always used to get back pain and apart from this due to unhealthy food habits I have put on much weight. In lockdown I noticed that I am to much overweight so decided to loose weight that's where I was introduced to Rustic Wisdom by one of my close friend. I had an initial discussion with my coach sailendra about my weight loss. He put me in a healthy diet plan and per day. I have followed the program and I am able to loose 30+kgs weight 5 months. Now I am feeling much more energetic and my back pain also not there. I would like to thank my coach sailendra and Rustic Wisdom for my transformation.
