Sailaja worked for me as a consultant through Randstadt from 10/16-2/17 as a full stack engineering working on a .NET 4.6.1 project. She made it through our considerable screening process, the result of which determined she was appropriately skilled for a mid-senior level full stack engineer. The skills were important, but I personally made the hiring decision based largely upon her fun, vibrant personality and her endless desire to continue learning. From the moment we met her it was clear she was going to be a pleasure to work with. The only reason why we terminated the contract was because of financial decisions made within our company well beyond my control and I simply had no budget to convert her to full time. If I find myself with budget and need in the future I will be looking to pull her back into our team but until then I applaud the next company who manages to acquire her services. You will not be disappointed.
