  Having worked as Associate Manager in operations, it was my job to drive significant operational change – for example, I once spent 4 months on a project in helping plant productivity boost throughput by 7000MT. My team accomplished this goal with zero capital spend a feat many had believed was impossible. I also worked on performance improvement projects (PIPs), where I successfully managed to reduce the wastage of metal by 4%.
