  As a Project Manager in Teletech I carry out the following activities listed below :- 1. Overall management, RFI and quality testing of cell site. 2. Actively involved in  Foundation of Telecom Tower and Tower errection.  Installation of DG set, PIU,Servo Stabilizer,Battery Bank,Power Plant,Air conditioner and IIPMS.  Electrical Wiring Diagram.  Supervision of Tower,DG ,shelter,BTS,PIU bed Foundation. 3. Quality inspection of civil, electrical work. 4. To guide and instruct the contractors and vendors for execution of work as per site conditions and pre specific conditions and guidelines. 5. Handling a Project end-to-end which involve :-  Marketing of Projects with pre-defined terms and conditions.  Effectively take care of the Management of the Organisation, building good relationship with the Customers and co-ordinate with them.  As a team member, co-ordinate with the coordinators, vendors and customers to achieve best results.  Coordinate with SCM for related work Quotation, PO, Tracking of Invoices in our house, Invoice processing.Monthly update of Project value, PO value & Invoice value to reporting authority.Verification of our vendor bill, verification of purchase bill, verification of car bill etc. Release the vendor payment as per their terms & condition after approval of higher authority.  Co-ordinate with Customer finance person for payment related matters and re-solve accounting issues like RICONCILLIATION, Waybill, WCT, TDS, VAT etc. Submit the payment advice to our respective authority. Look into the Purchase department.  Materials segregation, Verify the attendance of field staff, verification of site expenses report, stock report, phone bill checking of our field staff etc.  Tower materials segregation, fabrication, manufacturing and marketing. Also carry out Mast(Internet tower) installation and errection for Tata Communicatios. Actively involved in interior decoration & maintenance work for various clients like Tata Communications.
