1) Working with Queensborough National Bank & Trust on a “customer retention program.” Analyzing the Bank’s core and third-party systems data that incorporates subjects such as transaction patterns by age demographic, usage of bank products, balance history, overdrafts and fees.2) Implementing a machine learning model that computes a ‘probability of churning’ for each customer. Working on a Power BI dashboard that provides recommendations to branch managers and community bankers to help them decide which customers they should reach out to (for relationship management and potential sales).
