Under WYN, we organise several capacity building programmes for youth such as the Young Fellows, a holistic leadership programme combining business and philanthropy with the tagline “Learn, Empower. Earn, Return; IdeaLab, a boutique startup conference that connects global investors to the most promising startups around the globe; MOCAfest (Marketplace of Creative Arts), which aims to bridge the gap between the creative industries and the business world; Internship, platform connecting young graduates with reputable companies globally and ThinkTalk, community dialogue sessions emphasising the power of ideas, the importance of community and the imperative of networks in creating change.Roles and Responsibilities• Build and guid the WYN production and admin team.• Develop programmes, scopes, and secure programme venues, partners, sponsors, and participants. • Prepare and submit budget proposals for programmes. • Prepare reports on all programmes.
