Safari Group is a big group of companies working in the indiusties of Construcion, Operation and Maintenance, Oil & Gas, Telecomunications, Electronics, Resutants – Uniques Hospitalitiy, Cusmotics & plastic surgery, Hotle Managements ...etc. - The CFO is responsible for the Group Financial activities reporting to the Owner “Chairman & CEO”. Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. - Providing strategic & financial leadership to all group & subsidiary companies. Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs. - Developing and coordinating all relationships with the banks & lending / financial institutions. - Analyzing company's financial results in respect to profits, trends, costs & compliance w budgets. - Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management. Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Handle other finance and administrative duties as required, and recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance. - Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions. Assist in establishing short- & long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies & operating procedures. - Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives. - Serve on planning, policy-making and execution committees i.e. Value Added Implementation Steering committee chairman. - Creating VAT change management strategy, plan & communication through Safari Group Companies.
