   Preparing export documents like SAP invoice with break down, packing list, insurance certificate, Kosher certificate, Halal certificate, Composition certificate, FDA document, Ingredient list, Manufacturing certificate, Health Certificate etc as per country regulation across the world using Stratech application by capturing date from SAP (ERP) sales and distribution.  Creating Export related documents in Citrix application (Stratech) using sales order no which is created in SAP by using various Transaction codes. Eg: VL03N (Display Out-bound delivery)  Register sales orders received by sales department in Citrix application (Stratech) by customer provided on SAP invoice and adjust require documents in order and send them to respective customers as applicable.  Coordinate with various clients, shipping lines, Transport agents and Forwarders on daily basis for free flow of shipments and track shipment status through AWB number provided by DHL.  Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce (NL) for COO (Certificate Of Origin) and third party agents for various crucial documents and ware house services.  All the tickets and issues were filed and resolved.  Negotiate freight rate with transport agents regarding all modes of shipments like Air/Road/Sea.  Preparing open order report for the orders not received and providing the status for all the shipments which we already received from Business Unit.  Cross trainings and sharing updates on daily basis regarding process related issues and process enhancements.  Handling Unified Ticketing Tool (UTT) and closing the tickets within lead time.  Handling escalations which are received by various customers and solving them with in TAT.  Contingency-when there are high volumes in different process supporting them by registering order, checking draft B/L and arrange set of documents and send them through mail or courier (DHL) Show less
