I have found him to be very social, an excellent connector and deeply knowledgeable in the spheres of autonomous systems and control systems. Karthik has been pivotal in ensuring that we follow a software development life cycle (SDLC), maturing the Continuous Integration and Development cycle and ensuring that the customer requests are addressed in a timely fashion. His work on traffic management models has helped cater to complex deployments which involved intersections, conflict resolution and involving safe operation of Ati's fleets of vehicles. Karthik also has written from scratch, navigation trackers, path-planning, driving policy, real-time diagnostics solutions and safe autonomy protocols which have helped us scale and mitigate any safety concerns that would surface during the bots' operation in warehouses. He is contributing meticulously to the development of Ati across every vertical and left his mark on several fronts. His creative mind, strong strategy acumen and people management skills make him a natural leader and manager.
