Assist Injection Engineer and NPI team to perform Fitting and Functional Test for new parts, duplicate tool or second source and provide Fitting and Functional Report (FFTR). Prepare AAR and PPAP for new SKU/SEC and submit to Project Engineer. Prepare PPAP for each new source/duplicate tool for bought out part. Then present PPAP package to customer. Prepare and maintain process cycle time and manpower requirement. Continuous improvement and optimization production line, process, cycle time and manpower. Conduct Engineering study or experiment request from customer or case study for market claim. Perform Technical Problem or Failure Analysis study for production issue. Troubleshooting machine down issues with technician or supplier, then prepare corrective action and preventive action to avoid or minimize down time. Show less
