prepare short develop plan for (6 months ) long term (more than year) show the goals of section and its look for and the work steps . 2- monitoring and analysis the deviation of putting plans and the reasons and the way of treatment , and design the description book which do by the workers as per rules and it should be guidance . 3- responsible of quarantine of work assign in the production line ( Kitchen – Bar) 4- responsible for implementation of regulations and policy . 5- follow up of training the labor and training time and analysis the training results . 6- Responsible of existing all materials cope the work nature for each section. 7- Responsible for health terms and , vocational , standard for labors and also the items and the place of service after study it and provide it by the foods officer . 8- Responsible for follow up any efficiency breakdown and follow up the maintenance models and work to prepare all breakdowns . 9- Prepare required reports (weekly, monthly , annually ) to help the other departments to take the suitable decision. 10- Responsible for solve all problems of customers if it not be solved by the branch with assure the to solve the problem correctly as well. 11- Responsible of monitoring the cost , quality , customer satisfaction, serve fast , working for profit and monitoring the local competitive and the work of operation of them and make the compare .
