Sahar's superpower is customer obsession. Her deep understanding of our customers enabled her to design, develop and manage programs to increase customer engagement and improve customer satisfaction. Sahar created a scalable framework with templates and tools that allowed her to work with community leaders and facilitate the growth of more than 80 users groups around the globe. She led a cross-company team to select a software vendor and built a new community site and grew it to more than 7,500 users. Her ingenuity was the driving force behind the Upgrade Concierge program which coordinated efforts across multiple teams to facilitate upgrading 800+ Blackboard customers to the latest version of the software by the end-of-life deadline. And she did all of this and more thanks to her amazing energy and passion for customer success. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Sahar again!
