I have been a supervisor for four years now , where I have earned my certification in SERVSafe Management. I run shift on a daily basis, and tend to deal with any customer and/ or employee discrepancies. I do some of the managerial paperwork, as well as most of the ordering when I am on shift. I have also had to seat of a few interviews for new employees as well as firing of employees who did not meet expectations.
