  Contributed to the final impact evaluation of the "Project for Capacity Building of Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET) Teachers in Nepal," a significant 7-year endeavor undertaken by KOICA Nepal. My role encompassed a range of duties and responsibilities aimed at assessing the project's outcomes and effectiveness. Key contributions include: • Impact Evaluation Field Visits: Carried out comprehensive impact evaluation field visits to assess the quality and effectiveness of Technical and Vocational training provided by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) to instructors. These visits were conducted in accordance with the guidelines provided by KOICA Nepal. • Data Collection: Undertook various data collection activities, including group interviews, laboratory inspections, and one-on-one interviews with all beneficiaries, spanning from trainers to the head of the Technical Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) and CTEVT. • Documentation: Proficiently documented all relevant information gathered during interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders such as UN agencies and the Ministry of Education Nepal. Additionally, I conducted phone interviews with remote participants to ensure comprehensive data collection. • Evidence Collection: Conducted site visit to ensure all equipment provided by KOICA was accounted for and in use. Photographic evidence was collected for the final project report. • Reporting: Skillfully compiled the data and findings into two comprehensive reports, augmented with photographic evidence. These reports were submitted to the Re-shaping Development Institute team, facilitating a thorough assessment of KOICA Nepal projects' overall impact. Show less
