  Built and trained a physics-guided neural network to predict the affinity of biomolecules that helps speed up early stages of drug discovery. Drug discovery is one of the most challenging tasks in biological sciences. It takes about 10-15 years and $2 billion on average to discover a new drug. The current methods used to accomplish this task are wet-lab methods that are usually very costly, laborious and time consuming. Our proposed model helps increase the accuracy and ultimately reduce the overall cost of this process.
