During out time together at the University of San Diego, Sahar quickly became a pivotal and important ally and friend. If I could sum her up, which is difficult, I would say she stands out with her dedication to the details, her motivation to go above and beyond, and her skill at creating and maintaining strong relationships with friends, colleagues, and supervisors. Sahar will make a positive impact on any team lucky enough to have her. I am proud to have seen Sahar's growth over the years as she has built her professional career.

It brings me joy to write a recommendation for Sahar. I had the pleasure of working with Sahar at the University of San Diego, where we were close colleagues achieving the goals of creating a quality, student-centered orientation experience for our new undergraduates. Together, we partnered on six orientation experiences, and I could not have asked for a better person to work with. Sahar worked tirelessly to implement better, more equitable processes for our transfer students at USD. Transfer students are often overlooked in higher education, but Sahar was determined to not let that happen. She advocated for them and their experiences, taking feedback from the students she served to make the processes better, and organized colleagues from around the university to provide the best possible service and experience. This is not easy work - higher education often moves slowly and different divisions have different expectations. Sahar gracefully navigated these roadblocks with kindness and tact. Sahar's attention to detail is unmatched. Any team with her a part of it becomes that much more organized from the moment she walks in the room. She is particularly talented in learning and using systems such as Salesforce to provide quality work and was the person on our team to whom we all went for help when using case management and other software. This attention to detail lends to her drive to do quality work and to not stop until the job is done well. On a more personal note, Sahar will make your team that much better by her presence and who she is. She is a person who enriches her teams, colleagues, and all those around her with her sense of humor, amazing one-liners, integrity, passion, and drive. I can say I am a better human and employee for having worked with Sahar for three years and am both pleased for and jealous of the teams who will have the pleasure of working with her next.
