We offer various CPD activities such as CME, Quizzes, Scientific Updates, Patient Education Materials etc. With a collaboration of over 35 different organizations for top quality medical content, Omnicuris has been accessed by over 2,00,000 doctors since inception. •Interacting with the stakeholders and functional heads on a regular basis to understand on the requirements and open position. •Handling End to End recruitment for the Mid-level/Senior level Non IT positions across all the functions including Marketing, Operations, Strategic Alliance, Sales, Key Account Manager, Medical, HR, Finance & Support functions. •Responsible for sourcing prospective candidates as per the requirements using various networks (Job Portal, LinkedIn, Networking etc.) •Initial screening and shortlisting of the candidates via telephonic interviews to check the fitment for the role. •Coordinating with the vendors for the profiles if incase additional support is required for the closure. •Coordinating with the candidates and stakeholder for the smooth interview process. •Collecting the relevant documents from the selected candidates for the salary negotiation and background check. •Negotiating salary with the selected candidate and doing reference checks. •Releasing the offer letter for the approved candidates and coordinating with them till they are on boarded.
