I was involved in the research work of assessing the Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme(DILRMP). It started with an in-depth understanding of policies and their implications on states. I also learned the theory of Land record systems as well as their practical existence and functioning in various states in India. Also, the challenges exist in govt. institutions in implementing DILRMP and reforms associated to achieve the objectives defined under the program. It followed by: - Reviewing the assessment framework designed to measure and analyse the implementation of DILRMP. - Collection of authentic data from secondary sources to use for substantial assessment exercises. - Research on multiple judicial authorities and their operating boundaries' effect on the overall development of an area.
