Technically I created & managed the projects Sage worked on during his summer internship at T4T, but on a daily basis it felt closer to collaboration than oversight. I was continually impressed by his proactive work ethic and his detail oriented personality. He is a great listener and he soaks up constructive feedback. I would recommend him to any future employer, based on these characteristics alone. Add to this a drive to explore new ideas, new software and hardware in any medium he is working on, and you will see why I'm so sad our non-profit can't afford to bring him on full time.
