I’m lucky to have worked with Sagar, who not only vested in the company’s bottom line, but also in his sales team professional growth. With a consulting background and coming in as a relative rookie in sales, Sagar went beyond his duties to arm me with the necessary tools to succeed within a very short period of time. Within 3 months, with Sagar’s help and guidance I had the fastest ramp up in company history and finished first on the sales team by month four. I mind you this is my first true sales job which speaks volumes to how well Sagar was able to adapt to my natural skill sets and bring the best out in me.
