  I Mr. Sagar Maharana a Civil Engineering Graduate with more than 13 years of experience of handling various constructions activities associated with National Highway and other road works, River Training works and works under PMGSY Scheme. I has got experience in the supervision works as well as quality control of various road and structure works. In my various capacities, I was responsible for review of detailed project reports and contract documents ; marking the setting out of structures and river training works ; Preparation of contractors' work method and work program; contract administration as Assist in Reviewing and Preparing the contractors Quality Management and assist in developing their Quality Assurance System; Checking of formwork and bar bending schedule etc.; Exercising full quality control over construction specially RCC and PCC works; Preparation/checking of running and final bills. Monitoring physical and financial progress of works; ensuring the execution of structural works are done within time schedule; Taking /checking measurement of works and preparation of variation orders; I have a good experience in foundation like open foundation, pile foundation & well foundation in superstructure like Box girders, PSC I beam girders, Segmental Box Girder / Via Duct casting and erection Stay Cable Bridge Casting and erriction, Pre-tensioning, post-tensioning can done indipendently with respect to all calculations and fixing of POTPTFE bearings, Elastomeric bearings etc as well as good involve in various libratory test of materials and all regarding structural work.
