Working with Sagar was an absolute life changing experience, was directly reporting to him. Initial days were extremely difficult ,just seeing him work 8 am - 8 pm (phew) gave me goosebumps but in time realised his working style was contagious. A perfect example of walk the talk. He has a penchant to lead not only as a leader but more in terms of making you one.
