Saffron is one of the most ebullient and determined colleagues I’ve ever worked with. She is a winner who approaches every aspect of her job with consistent energy and positivity. This inspires those around her, who know and appreciate Saffron not only for her talent but also for her integrity and kindness of heart. I saw this first-hand while working with her on BBC soaps Doctors and EastEnders.

I worked with Saffron to develop her writing and her ideas for her book. She is an incredibly enthusiastic and positive-spirited individual and was an absolute delight to work with. She took on board constructive criticism and implemented the feedback I gave, which saw her writing improve. She took accountability for making time in her day to work on her writing, which meant she made a lot of progress. Some people are full of ideas, few take action to bring them to life, but Saffron was very committed.

In my part-time role at Joules, my priority was to lead all social media and marketing output on behalf of the store. In addition I successfully : • Provided business financial figures and set team goals to meet and exceed daily targets. • Won repeat business through consistent, high-quality customer service • Trained and mentored new and existing members of staff up to business standard. Of my numerous achievements in this role, consistently being the in-house Sales Associate with the best sales data is the one that I am most proud of, not least because it highlights my dedication to serving others and getting impressive results by doing so. During my time at university, I oversaw the production of a documentary focusing on Guadeloupean culture. On location in Guadeloupe, I successfully managed my team, carried out crucial research within the local community, arranged filming and interview dates, filmed and created content, oversaw the sound editing process and organised the consent for legal documents which allowed us to film. I am extremely proud of this project. It gave me a unique opportunity to provide a platform and a voice for communities which would have otherwise maybe not have had the chance to do so. Show less

In this voluntary role with the International Faith Society, I spent time working on projects in both the UK and Portugal. Our aim was to bring together individuals and communities, through a range of faith-orientated events. They included gaming and pizza nights, networking/interactive sessions and team-building challenges. This was a really rewarding experience and to this day I still remain in contact with some of the lifelong friends I made whilst working for Agape UK. Here, I truly learnt the art of outstanding customer service. At Fossil, providing excellence was a big part of the job. Primarily, I was responsible for meeting daily sales targets and building strong relationships with every customer that walked into the shop. Additionally, I successfully : - Assisted and dealt with all manner of enquiries. - Stocked shelves, organised the shop efficiently and took payments using a computerised cash register.
