A big part of my work is in collaboration with our Manager Services… Show more As the Director of Organizational and Leadership Development for State Fund, I oversee the management and coordination of State Fund’s Leadership Development strategies and training strategies including development and implementation of leadership development programs. I support and oversee team building development and strategies and organizational initiatives that will meet both departmental and organizational wide needs. A big part of my work is in collaboration with our Manager Services Team and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver a comprehensive talent strategy for the organization. Organizational Change Management strategies is also an essential focus of my role: to facilitate and influence the success of enterprise-wide and department initiatives and projects. Several examples of my ongoing work in this area are leadership development initiatives, change initiatives, intact team training, self-awareness training, leader assimilations and executive coaching. In addition, I am responsible for maintaining State Fund’s annual talent cycle. I work with senior leadership on changes to the goals and appraisals from one year to the next. In this role, I support leaders through the annual appraisal and goal-creation process each year and support HRBPs in the Annual People Review process. Recently, my team has also taken ownership of our new leader training which we call Leadership Boot Camp. I also partner with our Corporate Learning Team to track and report on legislatively mandated new leader training and Leadership Continuing Education units to the State of California. Show less
