  Services • Co-wrote DDD Rest-Api Customer Messaging Storage microservice that leveraged an internal Nuget package for Rabbit MQ for requests to take our software to the next level. Used ordered C# .Net Guids to make sure that SQL pages were efficiently used even with multiple microservices taking requests • Co-wrote DDD Api for our Mobile App to allow customers to upload attachments for messages • Wrote a C# .Net data synchronization service to correct, convert and synchronize data in messages in real-time from the old system into the new conversational style interface. Messages came from a several application code bases and were inserted into several tables with some having over 30 columns with poor data consistency. Messages could also be updated after insert and had multiple inserts which then had to be added to previously synchronized messages with multiple services handling requests Genesys PureConnect (I3 CIC) • Customized PureConnect extensively with Interaction Designer dlls, Interaction Processor dlls, Interaction Designer handlers, Agent answer applications. Created a Rest Api that integrated with PureConnect to move our business logic out of PureConnect. Fully integrated PureConnect with SQL Applications • Developed C++ plugins to extend functionality for telephony platforms, content delivery plugins for web browsers, and graphic conversion plugins on content designer applications • Wrote and maintained a large and complex telephony program.
