• To make the inspection of the site and give the report to HSE Manager. • To make sure implementation of the safety policy of the HSE Manager. • To make sure that all persons are using PPE s. (Safety helmet, safety shoes, cover all, safety goggles, safety gloves, safety belts/harnesses etc.) • To make Risk and Hazard Assessment of any danger to workers and property. • To check all the installments/ sign boards, whether they are giving the proper messages or not. • Making frequent visit of the site to keep alert the persons about safety. • To assist the HSE Manager for his work at the site and in the office. • Inspection of all ground equipment’s used in the construction work. For example, reverse horn, emergency lights, SLI in cranes, latches, hooks, belt, chain etc. • Giving assistants in installation or alteration of scaffold. • Inspection of scaffold, being used for the working platforms. • Inspection of the Lifting Equipment’s, color codes inspection, including Slings, Belts, Shackles and Hooks etc. • Giving necessary Inductions & Tool Box trainings to all the workers involve in the site work. • Developing the organizational Structure. • Making the personnel management standards for better implementation of safety rules. • Training of peoples, for operations and emergencies.
