      Was head hunted for this position, my role was to manage all aspects of traffic management related to the build of the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR), Southern and Fastlink sections.• Project planning, programme management, consultancy, design, noticing, permits, auditing and delivery to ensure the safety of the public and workforce whilst meeting the requirements of the contract, overseeing authorities and regulatory bodies.• Exceeded all expectations in relation to managing a project unlike any other. The level of accuracy and detail required in order to have any TM scheme approved was challenging, but ongoing consultations and forging good relationships resulted in overcoming the challenges.• Gained trust and developed a good reputation through honesty and transparency with professionals in the industry.
