These two months of training program enhance my previous skills as well as learning new once. There are many skills I gained from this program which are discussed below: -Communication skills: because I get a training on such environment that required to communicate with people from different countries and background, I observed that my communication skills are really improved. As well as, I show more of confidence, empathy and respect when I communicate either with the employees or with passengers. -Time management: because the nature of work environment at the airport is 24 hours working so because it’s first time I work with shift for 12 hours daily the training give me the opportunity to manage my time table and divide my day in such a way that every activities should be complete by the end of the day. -Administrative skills: the training add a skill that I really need it on the upcoming future such as, procedural work, attend meetings, prepared minutes and problem-solving skills.
