It was a really good time when I was working with Saeed. In MobiCar we were dealing with lots of different area from vehicle technologies (including hardware, software and lots of other things that I do not understand them) to IT technologies (including mobile, server side, front-end and etc). It was very exciting for me that Saeed has a good understanding of all these areas. He also was managing businesses from other companies too and has very good concentration in all of these businesses. Also as a CEO and founder of a startup, you must be a very creative and strategist person and I think it was what Saeed is really good on. When you talk to him you find lots of new ideas in his mind that has been structured in a good way. Another good point of working with Saeed as my manager was that never ever you see micromanagement in his behavior, while he has his borders and his opinions but he is open to new ideas and flexible in how you can help the team and do the progress of the project. It is very good that when you are talking with him you really feel that you are talking with one of your friends, not a very top level manager.
