  Working in this type of industry of photography was very interesting, as it allowed me to pay more attention to the finer side of detail, such as composition, utilising other objects within the focus of the main dish, such as cutlery, napkins and other ingredients in order to draw the eye towards the main subject and adding interest to the overall picture. How to balance natural lighting with soft studio lighting was also a skill I picked up while shooting with Hospitality House, as you don't want too much artificial light taking away shadowing and extra texture.   Working with Hopscotch Candy Shop doing product photography was gripping. I was able to learn a lot about aiming at the right target audience, colour schemes and producing. Colour scheme and target audience falls hand in hand, as I had to ensure that they matched, with sweets primarily being aimed at children I had to ensure that I used a lot of bright and complementary colours. This is to entice the children, and ask permission from their parents. Production for product/food Photography, provided me with the skills of setting up studio lighting in a way where it allows the product to illuminate and become the main focus of attention. Show less
