  · Lead the Assessment and Metrics Working Group comprised of Academic Advisors from eight colleges at MSU.· Identified Student Learning Outcomes and Advisor Learning Outcomes for the advising assessment plan.· Developed an assessment plan comprised of a student survey, focus groups and data reports, to assess students’ advising experience at MSU.· Created, distributed and analyzed a campus-wide advising survey for about 10,000 participants.· Developed, implemented and overseen the analysis of five focus groups to understand the advising experiences of students.
