I’ve known Sadiq to be an energetic and progressive leader for over 10 years now. As a peer at Morgan State University Sadiq demonstrated strong character and intellect and now as a working professional and entrepreneur, Sadiq has elevated into the type of leader who is capable of building both bridges and capacity around social issues that many find too complex to directly tackle. Not only is Sadiq a courageous and accountable leader, he is also the type of guy that never meets a stranger. It is rare to find individuals with equal strengths in business administration and strong social and emotional intelligence- however with Sadiq that is exactly what you will find. I highly recommend Sadiq as an action oriented & critical thinking leader who will implement plans and strategies with integrity.

I met Sadiq through our collaboration at the Montgomery County Collaboration Council. During that time Sadiq has successfully facilitated multiple high quality Youth Development trainings for practitioners in Montgomery County. He is energetic, detail oriented, and one of the best facilitators I've had the pleasure of working with on a professional level. He brings new and relevant insight to all of his trainings and leaves participants wanting to learn more about how they can better serve youth. He is a Mentoring Guru and I highly recommend Sadiq as a Trainer and Public Speaker.
