      As a Quality controller I was responsible to monitor daily housekeeping of the factories and monitor the manufacturing process from raw material receiving to packing final product. At receiving bay I was responsible of verifying and confirming that the labeling on the crates corresponds with the meat cuts inside, checking the date codes on arrival to ensure that fresh mat cuts have been supplied, conduct quality checks such as taking temperature of the meat cuts, conducting meat age analysis to ensure proper stock rotation and lastly to monitor the thawing process of frozen products. In the manufacturing area from mixing area I was responsible in ensuring that recipes are followed and to check the emulsion temperature and the chiller temperature where it will be stored, at filling was responsible with ensuring that different filling weight for products is adhered to and that emulsion is used at the right standardized temperature range, at cooking area I was in charge of ensuring that cooking temperature( Core temperature) has been reached and that correct cooking recipe is used, to check the color of the products after cooking. At packing area I was responsible with checking date codes, correct usage of packaging material and checking of metal detector and that products are packed at the right temperature. As a Microbiology Lab Assistant I was responsible with performing microbiology tests on raw material and finished products received, preparing the media to be used, calibrate incubators and fridges, maintaining the work stations clean and tidy, once in a while conducting shelf life confirmation on selected products, analysis of factory and pathogenic swabs
