  As a researcher at the Max Planck|University of Duisburg-Essen, the Surface force apparatus (SFA) was prototyped with upgraded high end spectroscopy and optical instruments to logically align with the synchrotron radiation facilities at ID31 high beam unit at ESRF, Grenoble, France, to study intricate single molecular dynamics at solid/liquid interfaces. This was conducted at a clean room level grade requirements laboratory with extensive sample preparations and assemblage of devices after calibration of mechanical manufacturing and electronic circuiting.   The European grant within Max Planck enabled our extensive study of dynamic molecules at solid/ liquid interfaces. An in-house prototype of the SFA - Surface Force Apparatus was built in conjunction to the requirements of the synchrotron ID31 high beam unit at ESRF, France to enable testing of the behaviour of dynamic molecules by piezomotors. Enhanced process efficiency of required optic products by devising optimal solutions. Devised scientific protocols and procured analytical instruments to build the prototype.
