      I am currently working with Baskin Robbins as an Area Manager for North region of Pakistan. The responsibilities of my role are as below • Give supervision and direction to the 6 Restaurant Managers and a total team more than 100 team member. To ensure product quality with quality checks and to ensure training manuals are followed as per guidelines . To ensure product forecast is efficiently managed and restaurant managers are utilizing tools to ensure effective inventory management . a. Focus on controllable costs to achieve assigned budgets for the region. b. Cost of Sales: Ensure proper food management using prescribed brand and/or corporate controls. c. Cost of Labor: Ensure labor costs are met and remain under budget . Maximize productivity through effective scheduling, well trained and motivated team members. Participate in all corporate labor programs such as cross-branded labor utilization when and wherever possible. d. Management Controllable Costs: Ensure costs meet budgets and enhance profitability of the region. e. Profit: Ensure profit is achieved or exceeds budgeted percentage and Rupee. Maximize flow through. f. Coach and train the team on achieving breakthrough results in terms of financial compliance , food safety compliance audits and mystery shopping compliance. g. Implement and drive sales mindset using team building sessions and activities. h. Managing inventory reports productid weekly and monthly , coach and guide restaurant managers on managing budgeted wastage/variances , controllable costs and Food cost at large. i. Work on suggestive selling to improve average check and overall sales utilizing product menu mix to maximize sales numbers. e. Provide one to one coaching as well as combined training sessions for the team to improve customer experience and team retention . f. to identify key opportunities within the business and devise action plan with store managers and follow through to drive results.

      Worked with KFC Pakistan as a Champs Excelling review specialist ( CER Specialist ), a compliance procedure of KFC equivalent to Internal policing. I was promoted to Area Coach after six Months where my role included the following responsibilities. a. Managing day to day Operations of 6 Restaurants . b. Conduct training sessions for restaurant excellence engaging restaurant managers , shift managers , assistant managers and team members. c. Supervise and coach RGM's on handling restaurant operations by effectively using Champs procedures and HWWT ( YUM Restaurant's core business models ). d. Coach and train the restaurant mangers and the whole team on managing food cost , wastage/variance , budgeted consumables and petty expenses. e. conduct regular training sessions on CHAMPS, ABR , food safety to achieve breakthrough results and to drive results at restaurant level. f. manage assigned sales budget of individual stores and providing efficient plan TO RGMs for achieving those results. g. Prepare monthly presentation and reports for the assigned region of stores and coach RGMs to prepare and present their individual monthly reports and presentations. e. Prepare action plan for opportunities on compliance checks of financial audit , ROCC , Champs results and day to day encountered opportunities of the stores.
