Sadat came into the business at a time when we were going through massive amounts of change and was handed the role to stabilise the new systems in his first month. I was very impressed in the way he jumped into the challenge. You will find it hard to find somebody with as much dedication as Sadat, he steps up when others don't and will always endeavour to make the best of a bad situation. Sadat would be a valuable member of any team, he brings with him years of valuable retail and IT knowledge. His aptitude to learn new things and adapt to different challenges is something his team really appreciate.

Sadat is a natural leader and immensely dedicated, even before he joined the company he exhibited an eagerness to understand as much as he could so he could hit the ground running. In no time has he shown how valuable he is in addressing our issues and formulating a roadmap for remediation. He takes the time to understand the problem, evaluates the various teams workloads, formulates a strategy and manages problems through to resolution.
