  As Identity and Access Management Consultant at Highrise Technologies, I have implemented IBM Identity and Access Management Solutions in enterprise environments. Following are some of the responsibilities at Highrise Technologies:• Deployment and configuration of Identity and Access Management Systems (mainly IBM Identity Management Systems) in Development, UAT and Production Environments as per the architectural design• Implement and configure a High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solution on every component level of IAM Systems• Design and document Failover/Failback Operational Procedures for every component of IAM Solution• Integrate IBM IAM Systems using application adapters with customer applications such as Oracle HR Database, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Temenos T24 Transact (Core Banking), Alfalah Transact etc. to onboard users and accounts onto the IAM Solution• Implement the business processes/policies of enterprises for account lifecycle management within IBM IAM Solution to automate the management of identities and accesses across various applications• Building custom adapters for customer applications with no adapter provided by IBM using JavaScript and Java programming language
