project : SASEC PORT ACCESS ELEVATED HIGHWAY PROJECT total estimated value : $703 million project duration: 2019 - 2023 ● Supervision of construction work of pile foundation(0.8m,1.2m,1.5m,2m), pile cap , pier and capping beam. ● Supervision of construction work of minimal structures such as built up drain, box culverts, retaining walls, bridges, toe walls etc. ● Supervison of rebar fabrication and rectification work for Pile foundations , pile cap, piers and capping beam. ● Managing materials and construction equipment maintenance to minimize costs and avoid project disruption. ● Facilitating and leading site engineering projects relating to new or upgraded equipment, facilities and quality initiatives. ● Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams. ● Creating daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and adjusting as needed to meet project deadlines and keeping shifts properly staffed. ● Preparing Request For Inspection (RFI) and coordinate with consultants to take necessary actions. ● Applying engineering principles to troubleshooting and following up on defined corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences. ● Carrying out necessary tests with 3rd parties regarding pile foundations such as pile load test (PLT), pile integrity test (PIT), pile dynamic analysis test(PDA), crosshole sonic logging tests etc. ● Suggesting process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. ● Supervising and monitoring daily tasks of subcontractors. ● Recording daily events and activities in site diary and preparing site reports to evaluate process and improve productivity.
