I had the pleasure of working with Sachini in 2022, where she was a part of an internal project aimed at automating organizational resource management activities. At a crunch period, as the only QA engineer, Sachini was challenge with the task of managing multiple releases within a sprint. Furthermore, she needed to understand multiple streams of requirements while ensuring that the quality of the solution meets the stakeholders’ expectations. Nevertheless, her contribution resulted in enabling a timely and sound delivery. She is a capable individual with good analytical skills and is not afraid to take on a challenge.
