Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects To promote and develop the company's activities in new countries targeted , which implies pre-qualifying the company on clients vendors list, preparing competitive offers to meet the company's profitability objectives and successfully negotiating contracts Establishing of commercial offers including equipment and personnel rates and fees, costs evaluation Report opportunities with frequent, timely feedback on account performance (share, potential, and competitive position against other Mud Logging Service companies) in order to facilitate planning. Developing strong working relationships with potential customers, including existing, new & influencers Managing and maintaining databases of all clients. Preparation of sales and budget forecast for fiscal year planning. Taking part in project negotiation; commercial and technical issues. realizing Services and products continuous enhancement Making Presentation and promotion document Conception. Organizing and holding exhibitions related to the Mud Logging and laboratories activities Developing and improving bidding procedures Attending all sales and operations meetings as required & Technical, Weekly, monthly and annual activity reporting
